Movie House Business/Design

I will share to you one of my sketchup plans and designs of a proposed "Hello Movie House" project in Parkmall Mandaue City, Cebu. Unfortunately, this project was cancelled after my korean friend, a lessee of Parkmall, realized he's out of budget. I was disappointed about the cancellation but I have to move on. So here, I will show you the details of construction.

Floor Plan:

1. Room partitions are made up of  gypsum or hardiflex boards, metal tracks and studs. Sound proofing materials also applied here. ( egg trays, styrofoams, or any conventional sound proofing materials.
2. Restroom wall is made up of reinforced concrete filled hollow blocks, water proofing membrane, tile adhesive and ceramic tiles on the surface.

Architectural:

1. Existing framed glass wall is still used in the project. Printed stickers are placed on the interior side of the glass walls.

The audio/visual system will support DVD players, android boxes, and desktop media platforms.

By the way and to be honest, I am not an engineer nor an architect. I am only a skilled laborer as freelance electrician and deals with small scale renovation projects. I have some experience in making partitions, plumbing, cctv installation, audio/visual setup or networking, solar panel installation both off-grid and grid-tied in small scale. I am not also very fluent in English, the grammar and technical writing skills.
