Yes! It is! Somewhere in Northern Leyte, Philippines, we constructed a cafe in a really awkward-looking house. We thought it was a commercial building. Judging by its uniform aqua blue exterior painting, no existing windows on the upper walls, and no sloped roofing, identically it's a commercial building. The house owner however, decided to convert the ground floor into commercial space available for rent. The upper floor can be accessed through stairs located on the other side of the house. Believe it or not, the columns and the ground flooring are the only part of the house that were made of concrete. The rest were made of lumber, plywood and metal frames.
Floor Plan: Ground Floor Only
unisex restroom (existing already before renovation)
cooking area ( existing already before renovation, lavatory remodeled)
reception area
stockroom
10 cubicles
Rows of cubicles
A wide led television brings entertainment to customers by playing music videos from any genre, any country, and even the local ones. Two units of 1.5 horsepower wall-mounted air conditioner are installed in this cafe.
We applied latex-acrylic paint (pink in color) on the wall and epoxy-acrylic paint (peach in color) on the floor.
Reception area has very simple and comfortable design. Lightings are all led panel lights. No drop lights or spot lights were installed. Two IP cameras are installed for surveillance.
kitchen perspective. a mono sink, a twin cabinet, and a freezer.
Like most cafe, serving beverages, meals, and wifi connection are featured here. I will add electrical, and mechanical plans in this post soon. Thank you for visiting my blog for now. Peace be with you all.
