Here are the images of floor plans:
The Entire Floor Plan:
11 Movie Rooms
11 KTV Rooms
Movie Aisle
Karaoke Aisle
Kitchen
Restroom
Stockroom
Fire Exit
Waiting Area
2 Individual Sub Entrances to KTV Rooms
Northwest:
The fire exit did not meet the standard dimension of building code. The business owner had made several changes of the plans. He loves to conserve spaces that made the fire exit, kitchen, and restroom to be at the last priority. He was so lucky that the building administration approved his version of dimensions .
Northeast:
The kitchen space is really terrible. Cooking staffs are not comfortable inside the kitchen. Air conditioning cannot beat the hotness in the room during busy hours. I do not design a kitchen like this but it was the owner's decision and he was approved by the building administration. A medium karaoke room can accommodate up to fifteen persons and a small karaoke room can accommodate up to eight persons. Each karaoke room has a sound system, flat screen monitor, high end karaoke machine and air conditioning.
Southwest:
The restroom is really embarrassing. It has a very small size and only available for women use. Again, this is business owner's idea. I don't recommend this. It is 50 % smaller than a standard commercial restroom size. A deluxe karaoke room can accommodate up to 20 persons. The room has more interior highlights, air conditioning and sound system features than medium and small karaoke rooms. A VIP karaoke room can accommodate up to 30 persons. The room has the most interior, accessibility, air conditioning, sound and graphics features of all the karaoke rooms.
Southeast:
It has a very narrow stockroom. The aisle width is comfortable. A small movie room can accommodate up to four persons and a medium movie room can accommodate up to twelve persons. Each room has long sofa, dices, entertainment rack, sound system, and projectors.
I will update with electrical, mechanical, and interior perspectives in this post soon. Thank you for visiting my blog for now. Peace be with you all.
